The main principle is to evenly spread the materials on a mesh belt, which uses 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt and is dragged back and forth in the dryer by a transmission device. Hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the drying mechanism can be divided into multiple layers, commonly including two chamber three layer, two chamber five layer, four chamber five layer, four chamber seven layer, etc. The length can be customized from 6-40m, and the effective width is 0.6-3.0m.

Equipment structure:
It consists of a horizontal cylindrical body, exhaust pipe, feeding device, discharging device, spiral device inside the cylinder, cleaning device, feeding plate, induced draft device, transmission device, dust removal equipment, and electrical control equipment.
Performance characteristics:
1. Solve the problem of water vapor returning to the material as the system temperature decreases during the same direction movement caused by the downstream dehumidification of traditional dryers;
2. During the drying process, the hot air flow moves forward from the tail and comes into full contact with the material, fully utilizing the heat transfer through thermal conduction, convection, and radiation;
3. Directly transferring heat energy to the material, causing the moisture of the material to continuously evaporate inside the cylinder. The induced draft device at the inlet extracts a large amount of moisture and moisture flow to prevent secondary pollution caused by dust discharge;
4. By using internal spiral stirring, sweeping, and plate copying to promote material movement, the entire drying process is completed;
